Blake and Sunset
On Sunday I had sunset. I took Sunset to
Fred Amess soccer tournament. Our first game was against Ohaupo we got beaten
by lots, they were very, very hard. After that game I took a selfie with
Sunset.
A couple of games later I was on the side
line taking a break. Then the funnest thing just happened. We had just played
the other Paterangi team and we won 3 nil. Our final game was against St
Patricks, it was a draw. Then it was time for the penalty shoot outs. They had
a brilliant goaly and won the plate. We got 2nd in the plate. After
prize giving Dad took some photos of me and Oscar with Sunset.
When it was time to go home Sunset wanted
to play some soccer but it was sadly time to go home.

Weekend with A.J.
On the weekend Sunset came home with me. Mum was
home late so dinner was late so Niamh got a bit grouchy which meant her bedtime
was late. (Mum had to have her music course.) This photo was taken when it was
Simpsons time.
This was also taken at Simpsons time!
Today was fishing day. I caught more fish than in this photo. I caught
about 17 and these are my 5 biggest ones. (The biggest is 2nd from the right.)
These 5 fish weighed 0.5kg altogether :(
We fished for about 4 hours.
On Saturday, the same day as fishing, we played a
game of Simpson's Game of Life. I won with over $1 mill $ . (WOOOOHHHHH HOOOOOOH!!!!!!!!)

Matthew, Sunset and Rockclimbing
For my 10th birthday, my friends & I
went rock climbing and Sunset came along too.
He had loads of fun. At first he
didn’t like climbing too high, but after a while he got used to it and like
going to the top.
We had pizza for lunch and it turns out that Sunset loves pizza!!
In the car on the way, he liked looking out the window
and seeing all the farm animals. He
shared the back seat with me and my friend Noah and we both took turns holding
him so he could get a good view.

Louise and Sunset
Australian Adventure with Sunset
Day 1
On Thursday the 8th of September we were heading
to Auckland to sleep in a hotel next to the airport. We were flying to Sydney, Australia
to compete in a hip-hop dance competition.
As we walked into our hotel room my eyes nearly popped with
excitement… “what a dream!” I said to mum finding out that she was mind blown
too. The hotel room was as flash as a dream.
Day 2
“Burb, burb, burb” the alarm clock was going on and on. “Do
we have to get up?” I whispered as the wind outside whispered quietly back.
After waiting for hours to get on the plane we (mum and I)
clicked our belts in and we were ready to rumble!
The four days were overall both boring and fun. We got third
place and excitingly made it into the finals and got 8th place!!
Yay!
Sunset, mum and I on the plane to Australia.

Isabella's & Sunset’s Adventures
This summer I went to the South Island with my family. We did lots of great stuff with Sunset but
one of my favourites was the whale watching.
We went on a big boat that drove us around. First we saw a sperm whale. The sperm whale looked like it was resting
but it was getting some air to go under water again. Later, we saw another whale and a giant pod
of dolphins, they were jumping everywhere!
We also went to Te Papa Museum. There was a nature exhibition on and there
was a massive whale skeleton, a real one!
There was also a DreamWorks Animation exhibit. We could learn how to make animated movies on
computers. I dressed up in Viking horns
and my brother dressed up as a penguin.
I had an excellent time at the museum.
We also took Sunset to Fox Glacier and Mt Cook, the highest
mountain in New Zealand. And no, we
didn’t climb it! I wish I could have
done all of it again with Sunset.
