This is sunset in Hamilton, NZ. The Field Days is a big event that happens every year on the 14th-15th of June. Our family goes to celebrate my mums birthday and to find more things to buy for the farm. The Fieldays sells all sorts of stuff and my favourite part is when I get some sugar and cinnimon doughnuts from my granddads stall.. They are delicious. Usually my brother Jarrod brings a friend to hang out with. I walk with my mum and dad. We also want to get a new flash car. The Fieldays is also a great place to hang with your friends and it's a great experience for people who live in a town or city. Would you ever like to go to the fieldays? Sunset had a awesome time at the field days. Also lots of kids wanted to pat him and they asked where he was from.

Hi, Jessica! I thought you did a really good job on your blog post. I thought that the picture with sunset in front of that fence was really good. You know, I've always wondered why New Zealand people call their moms "mum". It kind of reminds me of "mum"mies. Why you people in New Zealand call your moms "mum" has always been a mystery to me. What was Fielday like? Was it an open field, or was it kind of like a market place? Did you and sunset like it? Do you do it every year? How good are the doughnuts?
