the accident

The Accident

In the town around the corner, it was buzzing with people noises and foot steps. Everyone was shopping and getting ready for the fair. Shops opening and lines of people were trying to get in the shops. Meanwhile on the road the light had just turned green. “Ding” it went as the cars raced off like a cheetah.

“Vroom” Bob raced off again as he was late for work! Watch out!!! Someone yelled out at the top of his voice Bob looked up in fright. Fried the old blind man was crossing the road on a red light “shreek” the wheals skidded on the road like an elephant running away from a ferocious predator. Tim the tow truck driver was speeding close behind him. Then…….. All of a suddenly “boom”  “splat” “brim” they had a horrendous crash.

“Splat” again.  Every one gasped. Mike the truck driver’s mate was not able to get any words out properly. Mean while Fred the old man made it a cross the road safely. Everyone was thankful including Bob who was still late for work. 5 minutes later the police arrived and helped out. “Good thing no one got hurt” said Mike only a few bumps and bruises.  And every one lived haply ever after.

  2. great story Mikayla. You have used a lot of figurative language! It is hard to read as there are a lot of errors. Please get someone to proof read before you post on the blog!
